Who We Are
EZ Home Sale is a company based out of Mesa, Arizona that is run by Jon Burgher. Originally from Iowa, Jon has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, helping people like you find housing solutions, no matter the situation you are in. Jon began investing in real estate in 1993, building up a portfolio of over 120 rental properties, which he owned and managed until 2006. He then sold off the majority of the rentals and began buying up land, subdividing, and building custom homes in gated communities. In 2008, Jon began acquiring assisted living homes, which he owned and operated until 2017. Now, Jon specializes in lease purchases, owner financing, and cash purchases to help people in many unique circumstances buy or sell homes.
